Payments & Deliveries

All orders are processed on receipt of payment, accepted via our secure online payments gateway at Paypal with all major credit cards. If you have one, you can also use your PayPal account. Alternatively, you can contact us giving details of your order with payment accepted by cheque or BACS transfer. Please do not send cash. Your order will be processed in the normal way once funds have cleared. We regret that we cannot accept credit card payments by telephone.

Goods are shipped direct dispatch, Royal Mail standard delivery @ £10 per set with free delivery on orders of £250 or more. Please allow 7 days if buying online, otherwise up to 14 days. Should an item be out of stock you will be advised by email when to expect delivery upon placing your order.

Fabric swatch service

If you can't decide between the fabulous designs on offer, we can help you make the right choice by requesting a swatch of the fabric used to make up either the comforter or duvet cover, showing you the quality, feel and design of the range. Just contact us stating your name, address and design refs. (Free for a maximum of 4, £5 charge for more, refundable with your order).

Mailing List

You are welcome to join our mailing list by registering your details online so we can keep you informed of new designs, special offers, upcoming shows and trade fairs, etc..

Additional separates

We can offer the following additional items, available only when ordering a full set (sold separately):

curtain sets: £45 /pair

sheets sets: single £30; double £35; King £40. (please goto our online store for options)

Bed Sizes

*Superking and single comforter and duvet sets can be ordered by special order only. Please contact us to make your enquiry. Typical lead time for delivery is 6 weeks.

Returns policy

Here at Bedroom Makeover we want all our customers to be delighted with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order please contact us giving as much detail as possible:

name, address
design ref.
date of purchase
order / invoice no.

Whilst every effort will be made to rectify problems, we can only accept unused goods in the original packaging returned through the correct procedure outlined above, within 28 days of delivery. We regret that we cannot cover the cost of returning goods to us.
